A running list of the software, books, podcasts, and subscriptions I actually use. It changes as I do. If something here helps you, that is the point.
Subscriptions
I use Monarch Money to run our household finances. The automations are robust, the visualizations are clean, and the interface stays out of my way, three things I look for in any tool, personal or professional. I keep coming back to a simple idea: it is important to have your money right, because when it is not, you have fewer options. Monarch is the system I trust to keep that picture honest.

The First 90 Days is the closest thing I have to a personal onboarding playbook. Every time I have stepped into a new TA leadership role, the work starts the same way: figure out which kind of situation you have actually inherited, because the first move depends on that answer. Michael Watkins gave that diagnosis a vocabulary, and I have used it on every transition since.
